Refund policy

At GlowyBug, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, please note the following conditions regarding our return policy:

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged at receipt. You have 30 days after receiving your item to claim for a defective product.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, or if the item does not meet personal expectations. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size or colour.

How to Request a Return

To start a claim for a defective or damaged item, please contact us at returns@glowybug.com. We will need your order number, photos of the product, along with a description of the defect or damage.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will make a decision whether we will send you a new item or issue a refund. 

In case we send you a replacement, if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return for a defective item, and you have not received a replacement, please contact us at team@glowybug.com.

At this time we do not cover return expenses and we don't issue a return label. If you wish to return an item, you will have to send it to the following address:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to create a claim.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges if you have ordered the wrong size, or colour or for a change of mind. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Refunds

We look at every claim individually, so we will do our best to address your issue accordingly. Once you get in touch with us, we will issue a refund if you are eligible. It usually takes up to 20 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If 20 working days have passed, and you still haven't received a refund, please contact us at team@glowybug.com and we will look into it.
